Stelio Verzera is an organisational designer, international advisor, facilitator, and speaker who has worked across countries and sectors since 1995. He is known for advancing adaptive organizing: helping organisations rethink how work, governance, and collaboration evolve alongside technological, social, and ecological shifts. He created LiquidO, an adaptive governance framework recognised by Gary Hamel’s Management Innovation Exchange, and co-founded Cocoon Pro, developed as one of Europe’s first fully emergent organisations. His practice brings together organisation design, socio-technical systems, participatory change, ecosystemic strategy, and large-scale facilitation. Over nearly three decades, he has advised businesses, public institutions, international bodies, and civil-society organisations, while speaking and teaching across Europe, Asia, and North America. His work bridges systems thinking with deeply human participation. Through Organizing Love, Stelio explores work as a vital expression of humanity and as a practical lever for social and ecological regeneration.
