Mabel Lazzarin
Mabel Lazzarin works at Manyone as a Design Lead on transformation projects for global organisations across complex sectors such as healthcare, finance, insurance, and public services.
She has previously spent several years in education, recently as the Academic Programme Leader of the Master’s in Design for Interaction and Extended Reality at IED Barcelona, where she built the vision and curriculum, mentored faculty, and coached students from different nationalities and backgrounds.
Throughout her 20 year-long career Mabel has experienced the evolution of Design and explored it in a transversal way; crossing the blurry lines between service design, digital product design, and strategic research.
She holds a BA in Graphic Design from the Santa Catarina State University (UDESC, Brazil) and an MA in Digital Experience Design (Hyper Island, UK).
Héctor Fernando Lazalde Arreola
Strategic designer with 15 years of experience creating services, digital tools, and physical products across LATAM, North America, and Europe. Originally trained as an industrial designer, he holds a Master’s in Strategic Product Design from TU Delft.
After earning his MSc in Strategic Product Design at TU Delft, he has spent his career working with leading Innovation and Design consultancies, including MJV (Brazil), Criklo (Mexico), Propelland (Mexico), EY Studio (UK), and Manyone (Europe), leading strategic initiatives for global clients such as HP, Coca-Cola, BP, Meta, AWS, and Zurich.
He is driven by stripping away organizational noise and surface-level fixes to move teams beyond performative initiatives to confront root problems and transform corporate strategy into real, measurable outcomes.
