Claudia supports organizations, teams, and professionals in navigating change and complexity by helping them uncover strengths, distinctive talents, and new opportunities for growth. Her work combines a socio-technical perspective with identity awareness to design transformative experiences that create meaningful and lasting impact. Throughout her career, she has worked with startups, large corporations, third-sector organizations, and national and international initiatives, contributing to organizational culture, governance, and leadership. Passionate about experiential learning, she uses Serious Games and other participatory methods to reveal the underlying dynamics of individuals and groups, fostering deeper awareness, collaboration, and collective learning. By connecting rational insight with emotional engagement, she enables people and organizations to turn reflection into action and transformation into sustainable change. Claudia is the co-founder of Cocoon Pro, the first fully emergent organization in Europe.
Stelio Verzera is an organisational designer, international advisor, facilitator, and speaker who has worked across countries and sectors since 1995. He is known for advancing adaptive organizing: helping organisations rethink how work, governance, and collaboration evolve alongside technological, social, and ecological shifts. He created LiquidO, an adaptive governance framework recognised by Gary Hamel’s Management Innovation Exchange, and co-founded Cocoon Pro, developed as one of Europe’s first fully emergent organisations. His practice brings together organisation design, socio-technical systems, participatory change, ecosystemic strategy, and large-scale facilitation. Over nearly three decades, he has advised businesses, public institutions, international bodies, and civil-society organisations, while speaking and teaching across Europe, Asia, and North America. His work bridges systems thinking with deeply human participation. Through Organizing Love, Stelio explores work as a vital expression of humanity and as a practical lever for social and ecological regeneration.
Iñaki is a psychologist and organizational strategy consultant with more than 35 years of experience working with people, teams, and organizations. Through Ayla Searching, the company he founded and leads, and Cocoon-Pro, where he has been a contributor since 2018, he works on strategy, organizational design, culture, leadership, and the development of people and teams.
A significant part of his practice involves designing and facilitating participatory workshops and processes with executive teams, departments, and whole organizations. He combines deep listening, systemic thinking, practical experience, and a broad range of tools—including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Belbin—to help groups make their dynamics visible, explore different perspectives, think together, and develop solutions they can genuinely own.
He has worked with industrial, service, social-sector, and public organizations, engaging with CEOs, boards, leaders, technical professionals, and operational teams in Spain and international contexts.
